A service we keep improving
Our design and testing goal is WCAG 2.2 level AA. That is an operating target, not a claim of full conformance, and not a guarantee that every screen or third-party file is free of barriers.
What we aim to include
Keyboard navigation, visible focus, semantic structure, form labels, error messages in text, sufficient contrast, controls with accessible names, page language, and alternatives for informative images.
Known limitations
We are still testing complete flows with assistive technology. Some official USCIS PDFs, payment components, third-party content, user-uploaded documents or new features may not meet our goal yet. Dark mode, reflow/zoom, and the experience with JAWS, NVDA and VoiceOver need ongoing validation.

If a barrier keeps you from using the service, write to accesibilidad@tupasolibre.com. Tell us the page, the problem, your browser or assistive technology, and the alternative format you need. We will work with you reasonably; you do not need to disclose a diagnosis.
Continuous improvement
We review reports, fix prioritised defects, and update this statement when we have new testing evidence. Specific claims are limited to what we have actually verified.
