Service

Service

Are you attorneys?+

No. We are bilingual self-service clerical software. We do not give legal advice, evaluate eligibility, or decide whether you need an attorney.

What do you actually do?+

We ask one question at a time, save your answers, and prepare an unsigned PDF. You review every detail, print, sign, and mail it.

Can you promise approval?+

No. USCIS decides. We prepare carefully; we do not promise outcomes.

Payments

Payments

When do I pay?+

You fill and confirm your answers first, then pay at the end before generating and downloading the PDF.

Are USCIS fees included?+

No. USCIS fees are separate and paid directly to the government in your name.

What payment methods do you accept?+

Credit or debit card, processed securely.

Security

Security

Do you protect my data?+

Yes. Sensitive fields are encrypted and access is limited to authorized staff.

Do you sell my information?+

No. We do not sell or rent your information.

Who can see my form?+

Access is limited to authorized staff for support, security, or operations. We do not review answers to give a legal opinion; you approve every detail.

Problems

Problems

What if I made a mistake?+

Correct your answers and regenerate before mailing. After mailing, PasoLibre cannot advise how to legally correct a filing.

What if USCIS asks for more evidence?+

PasoLibre does not interpret or prepare RFE responses. Read the full notice, protect the deadline, and consider consulting a licensed attorney or accredited representative.

Do you offer refunds?+

You may request a full refund of the PasoLibre fee within 14 days. After that, we correct technical errors and refund if we cannot generate a technically correct PDF. USCIS fees go to the government.
