Bilingual transparency
Services and contract
in Spanish.
Paso Libre provides the service agreement in Spanish and English so you can take your time reviewing what the service does, what it costs, how refunds work, and which steps you have to complete yourself. This is a Paso Libre transparency practice.
You get it before you pay
Before you pay, you can read the complete Spanish and English versions. Your acceptance saves the exact text of the agreement, its version, the form, the price and a unique verification code. After accepting, you can download that copy from the same contract link.
You mail your own packet
Paso Libre transfers your answers onto the PDF and runs automated technical checks. The PDF is delivered unsigned. You review every page, print it, hand-sign where required, gather your documents and payment, confirm USCIS's current instructions, and mail it yourself. Paso Libre does not file or mail the application for you.
We do not give legal advice
Paso Libre is not a law firm and is not an immigration notario. We do not decide which benefit you should apply for, whether you qualify, how to answer a legal question, or how to respond to an RFE, NOID, denial or appeal. For those decisions, consult an immigration attorney or a representative accredited by the Department of Justice.
New Jersey requires clear contracts
New Jersey's Plain Language Review Act (N.J.S.A. 56:12-1 through 56:12-13) addresses the clarity and readability of certain consumer contracts. Paso Libre does not claim that this law requires a general translation into Spanish. You can read the text of the law in New Jersey's statute library, or ask an attorney or the Division of Consumer Affairs for a copy.
How to raise a problem
Write to us at hola@tupasolibre.com. You can also file a complaint with the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs.
