Terms of service

The service is provided by PasoLibre LLC, a New Jersey company (Paso Libre). Paso Libre transfers the answers you provide onto a form and runs automated checks that the PDF generates and that data lands in the intended fields. Paso Libre is not a law firm, is not a notario, is not affiliated with USCIS, and does not provide legal representation or advice.

We do not choose the form for you, we do not assess eligibility, legal consequences or the sufficiency of your evidence, we do not correct spelling, and we do not decide whether you need a lawyer.

You receive an unsigned PDF based on your answers, subject to the limitations shown during the flow. We do not promise human review of your case. Paso Libre does not sign, file or mail the form for you.

• Provide truthful information and review every answer.
• Review every page of the final PDF before using it.
• Print it and hand-sign every required line.
• Gather the evidence and payment USCIS requires.
• Confirm the current edition, fee, address and instructions directly with USCIS.
• Mail the packet yourself and keep your proof of mailing.

The price shown is Paso Libre's fee. USCIS fees are paid separately and directly to the government. USCIS fees are never marked up. You may request a full refund of Paso Libre's fee within 14 calendar days of payment.

After 14 days we will correct, at no cost, a technical error attributable to our system. If we cannot produce a technically correct PDF, we will refund the service fee. No refunds are offered based on a USCIS decision, delay or outcome. This does not limit rights that cannot be waived by law. See the refund policy.

USCIS decides whether to accept, reject, delay, request evidence or resolve a filing. Paso Libre does not guarantee acceptance, approval, timing or outcome. The customer is responsible for deadlines and for filing.

We handle data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which describes data categories, providers, uses, controls, retention and user requests.

These terms are interpreted under the laws of New Jersey, without removing mandatory consumer rights that apply under other applicable law. Disputes may be brought before courts of competent jurisdiction in New Jersey; an eligible claim may also be brought in small claims court. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration.

We may publish a new version for future transactions. The exact agreement you accepted stays saved for your transaction. We may suspend fraudulent or abusive use, subject to applicable law. For questions, write to hola@tupasolibre.com.
