What you will be asked for
- A photo ID or your passport
- Two recent passport-style photos
- The evidence your category asks for
- Two identical, recent passport-style photos (2x2 inches)
- Proof of your category (the letter and number you mark on the form)
- USCIS fee payment, or Form I-912 if you request a fee waiver
- Clear copies of each document, not originals
